Referral Codes. Your Referral Code will be sent to you via email within a week of signing up for the Program. By signing up to the Program, you agree to receive communications related to the program. Promotional referral cards to display on your desk or to share with your customers will be sent to you via post at the address provided in the form above.
Rewards. You will receive a $100 Visa Gift Card for every bona fide merchant who signs up for QuickFee Instalments using your Referral Code (a “Referred Customer”) and completes two bona fide transactions within the first thirty (30) days of signing up as a new merchant. These two bona fide transactions must amount to a combined value of at least AUD$1,000.
All Referred Customers will be entitled to all QuickFee Instalments transactions free of charge for the first thirty (30) days, normally 4.99%+GST of total invoice value. The 4.99%+GST transaction fees will start applying for all transactions entered into on day 31 and thereafter.
Merchants and transactions will be assessed and deemed as bona fide at the absolute discretion of QuickFee. You cannot be a Referred Customer of Yourself (for example, by using a different email address to sign up for QuickFee Instalments).
Reward Payments. Gift cards will be posted to You via Australia Post on a quarterly in-arrears basis, along with information regarding your referrals. A maximum of $1,200 can be earned by You in any calendar year. You are responsible for any and all tax liabilities resulting from the receipt of any gift cards. If You do not receive your $100 Visa Gift Cards as per the terms of this Program, please contact us at info@quickfee.com.au.
Privacy. You agree to comply with all relevant Australian privacy and data protection legislation. Any distribution of Your referral code that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or “spam” under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and in the event of any breach of such law or regulation, We reserve the right to cancel Your eligibility to participate in the Program.
Cancellation of eligibility. We reserve the right to cancel the eligibility to participate in the Program of any Referrer or Referred Customer if the Referrer or Referred Customer breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.
Right to cancel or vary the Program. We reserve the right to cancel or vary the Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time at Our sole discretion. Any unclaimed referral rewards may be forfeited at that time.
Activation period. The day a Referred Customer signs up is treated as day 1 of the thirty day “free-of-charge” period. For example, if Your Referred Customer signs up as a QuickFee Instalments merchant at any time on 1 May 2021, 11:59pm on 30 May 2021 will be the end of the 30-day period.
